A Rochester man is in the hospital, recovering from serious injuries he suffered after being hit by a car. It happened Sunday morning just before noon at the intersection of Chili Avenue and Thurston Road in Rochester. Police say Marion Scott, 41, was hit by a SUV as he crossed Chili Avenue.
