love poem

la noche era negra y drear
no cuelgue ninguna guirnalda
la mujer faltó mucho, cómo usted llama a mí, llamada a mí
babylon -- donde voy a soñar
lo van
todos dentro y todos sin mí
hermano, soy fuego
el viejo oeste, el viejo tiempo
en sus brazos estaba el placer inmóvil
hace mil años silenciosos
soy el viento que duda
ahora para una lucha enérgica y alegre
pero no puedo ahora leerle
