The Martinsville Arts Council and Morgan County Public Library are co-sponsors of the 2008 Morgan County Fall Foliage Festival poetry and photography contest. The contest is at the Morgan County Public Library, 120 S. Jeffereson St. The theme for this year’s event is “The miracle of fall”.
